Meeting Recording Policy

Coaching includes exploring hypothetical situations, considering different perspectives, and discussing possible strategies. Ideas raised during these conversations may be preliminary, depend on specific circumstances, or change as the discussion develops. Reproducing portions of a coaching conversation can remove that essential context.

For these reasons, coaching meetings and calls may not be audio-recorded, video-recorded, screen-recorded, or captured through automated transcription, AI notetakers, meeting assistants, or similar tools. This policy applies to individual and joint sessions, whether conducted in person, by telephone, or online. Participants are responsible for disabling these features on their devices and accounts before joining.

Personal written notes are welcome.

A meeting may be paused or ended if recording or automated capture occurs. If you need an accessibility accommodation, please contact me before your appointment so appropriate arrangements can be made.
